We've Got Answers

We recommend applying sunscreen liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and allow it to absorb. Reapply at least every two hours and more frequently after swimming/sweating and towel drying. Our little ones are constantly running around in and out of the water so we put together a few steps to help make sure their covered head to toe.

While we don't have any eczema specific products, we have a few moisturizing lotions that help with dry, itchy skin.
All of our baby products have been pediatrician tested. That being said, we always recommend consulting a physician.
We know that for babies, putting their hands in their mouths is one of their fav pastimes. So, keep a close eye on them just to make sure they don't ingest it.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Mood!

Here's the recipe for two servings.

8 frozen Almond Milk Ice Cubes (freeze your favorite almond milk in an ice cube tray and store in an airtight container)
4 frozen bananas
2 rounded tablespoons of coconut sugar
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract/or 1 vanilla bean
1 rounded tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder

Blend it all together until thick and creamy!

Optional: Add a small handful of vegan chocolate chips. (*For a slightly creamer version, use 4 canned coconut milk cubes and 4 almond milk cubes instead of just 8 almond milk cubes)

All of our Baby Bum products are Vegan, except for our Diaper Rash Cream--which contains Beeswax.

Monoi is Tahitian for "scented oil". It is a Coconut Oil infused with Tiare Flowers (Tahitian Gardenias) and it's has been one of the best beauty secrets in Hawaii for ages.

Our Bubble Bath, Calendula Cream, Calming Lotion, Detangler, Hand Sanitizer, Moisturizing Lotion, Shampoo & Wash/Gel all contain naturally-derived fragrances and/or essential oils. Baby Bum is cruelty free. Our products are not tested on animals-EVER.
Outside of Coconuts, Kukui Nuts, and Argan oil, which some consider to be tree nuts, we don’t put nuts in any of our Baby Bum or Sun Bum products. But we can’t guarantee zero traces as we don’t currently have a program in place to certify our manufacturing facilities as nut-free. For severe allergies, please consult your doctor before you try any of our stuff.
Mineral based sunscreens act as a physical blocker that sits on top of the skin and works to actively block UV rays. So, we feel good that our little ones' sensitive skin will stay protected while they're out playing in the sun.
